Position Vacant: Information Security Supervisor

We have an immediate requirement for an Information Security Supervisor based in Lae, reporting to the ICT Manager.
Main duties include:
Incident and request management through local ICT Service Desk. Cyber Security and Incident Management. Manage internal service level agreements and provide weekly reports to ICT Manager highlighting notable critical or high-risk issues. Manage all compliance and security control activities and report weekly to ICT Manager and fortnightly to cluster CSO. Including working with Regional CSO and Risk Lead on remediating security risks, threats and vulnerabilities. Manage and support all locally hosted servers and systems at SPB including Windows Server 2012 or higher and VMware the hosting platform. Manage SPB licenses for all corporate platforms and systems through the Heineken portal. Maintain and nurture business relationships through effective communication with internal stakeholders on any ICT Outages, updates and relevant communication as authorised by ICT Manager. Manage Software and hardware asset management and control (CMDB - SNOW) system. Undertake Service or Support projects, such as desktop hardware and software deployments and upgrades as well as other ICT Projects as assigned by ICT Manager. Manage and ensure successful backup/restore of all locally hosted systems and servers regularly. Regularly update and maintain currency of ICT Policies & Procedural documents; including Backup, DRP, ICT Security, Change Management, etc. Ensure Support Desk systems and services meet SPB, Heineken, industry and security standards and best practices. Manage, maintain and deliver documentation relevant to the Service Desk (SNOW) processes and operations, including work instructions and procedures. Manage and maintain active dialogues with security leads across APAC and Globally for support, learning and sharing. Actively manage security awareness communication through email and workplace. Actively participate in ICT Projects as directed by the ICT Manager. Perform other duties and tasks as directed by the ICT Manager. Management of the SPB ICT Support Officers.Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer studies or mathematics & computer science or cyber security. 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Supervisory or lead capacity experience is desirable. Demonstrated understanding of networking technologies and systems, servers and storage systems, virtualization platforms and general computing. Demonstrated understanding of ITIL and Change Management. Understanding of ICT best practices, international standards like NISIT, COBIT etc and other relevant standards used by Heineken. Broad technical understanding of Windows Server 2012 or higher, VMware, HyperV, Citrix, Active Directory, Symantec Anti-Virus, Veam, Windows f10 and Office 365. Knowledge in the creation and maintenance of a company desktop environment (SOE).
