Information Management and Reporting – Disaster Management Intern
Role Description
The Information Management Intern at World Vision International will support the organization in managing and organizing critical data and information related to our programs, projects, and operational activities. This position offers the intern the opportunity to work alongside global teams, assisting in maintaining data integrity and improving information management systems. The intern will gain valuable hands-on experience in data management, reporting, and document handling, contributing to World Vision’s mission of supporting children and communities in need.
Key Objectives:
Produce monthly Disaster Grants database monitoring report, specifically the following:
WFP Burn Rate
Pending CSS/CTSS Report
Support on consolidating the Commodity Status Report Support the team in Global Hunger Response reporting Verify entered data in the school meals impact and funding reporting and coordinate with field office focal points on data concerns Provide support in preparing and delivering ad hoc reports requested by stakeholders, including SOs, FOs, and other DM team units

Language Proficiency: English
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and classify data effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data visualization tools.
Able to use Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration across global teams.
Familiarity with SharePoint for document management, sharing, and collaboration.
Basic knowledge of data management systems and cloud platforms (e.g., Google Drive, OneDrive).
A keen interest in information systems, data analysis, and supporting humanitarian efforts.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a cross-cultural, team-oriented environment.
