About this opportunity:
We are seeking an Industry 4.0 Project Manager to join our innovative and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, process mapping, and continuous improvement, with a focus on leveraging Industry 4.0 technologies to enhance our operational efficiency and drive transformative change.
What you will do:
Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of Industry 4.0 projects that align with the company's strategic objectives.Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and design streamlined workflows that optimize productivity and resource utilization.Develop and implement process improvements using advanced technologies such as IoT, AI, robotics, and data analytics, ensuring alignment with Industry 4.0 principles.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and establish measurable KPIs to track progress and success.Drive change management initiatives to support the adoption of new technologies and processes across the organization.Stay up-to-date with the latest Industry 4.0 trends and technologies, and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.Prepare and present project reports, updates, and findings to senior management and other stakeholders
The skills you bring:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Successfully managing complex projects within a manufacturing or industrial setting.Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in process improvement.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to map processes and identify improvement opportunities.Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement.Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive results.Proficiency in project management and process mapping tools.Advanced proficiency in English, with the ability to engage in discussions and effectively communicate complex ideas.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with project management methodologies.Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.Strong skills in data analytics and interpretation.Preferable understanding of IT security practices, cloud computing and database.Why join Ericsson?
