This role gives the opportunity of professional experience in a high-scale, high-complexity and speed manufacturing/supply environment. Sochaczew is the biggest MARS Pet Nutrition manufacturing site in Europe with a strong legacy and great ambitions in being the 'Site of Choice': people-orientated, operationally excellent and ready for the future. This role has strong exposure to senior stakeholders on local and regional level and interacts with all functions on Site, regional Segment and Central IE Teams as well as with Site IEs from other sites. The job holder demonstrates a high level of standing alone.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Oversee business performance for specific technology, including KPI standards and long-term improvement plans (e.g., asset efficiency, non-quality costs, crewing standards).
Conduct big data analytics, scenario planning, and KPI modeling.
Actively participate in performance reviews, evaluate and communicate performance against KPI targets, address gaps, and identify risks and opportunities.
Manage the Cost Loss Tree standard and govern cost-saving processes.
Oversee long-term site capacity and govern S&OP processes to ensure accurate long-term capacity planning.
Balance conflicting business objectives to optimize resource allocation for long-term supply plans.
Optimize site portfolio and design complexity, ensuring effective deployment of portfolio innovations.
Support the development and deployment of long-term capital investment strategies, including drafting capital projects.
Assist in the deployment of innovation projects on site.
What are we looking for?
Master’s degree (technical, economics, or logistics field preferred)
3+ years of Supply/Manufacturing experience in roles focused on driving improvement, loss elimination, resources planning
Experience in project or change management
Ability to work cross functionally with Senior Leaders and stakeholders
Drive for results and action-oriented approach
Strong problem resolution, communication skills, customer focus
Fluent in written and spoken English
