We’re Hiring: Indirect Sales Manager – Czech Republic & Slovakia (Cleaning & Hygiene Sector)

Are you an experienced sales leader with a passion for driving results through distributor networks? We’re looking for an Indirect Sales Manager to lead and grow our indirect sales strategy across Europe.

About the Role
As Indirect Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a team of Distributor Account Managers and shaping the strategy that supports growth through our distributor and wholesale partners. You'll focus on building high-performing partnerships, delivering value, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, support, and develop a team of Distributor Account ManagersDefine and implement a clear indirect sales strategy aligned with regional goalsStrengthen relationships with key distributors to drive mutual growthIdentify and develop scalable routes to market across traditional and digital channelsCollaborate with marketing, finance, and supply chain to ensure full alignmentUse data and market insights to adjust strategy and stay ahead of competitors

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in indirect sales, channel management, or distributor developmentStrong leadership and coaching skillsCommercial acumen, with a focus on value-based sellingExcellent communication and negotiation capabilitiesStrategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven mindset
