What you will do:
Driving a reported service incident, identifying the cause, and follow up the change plan and improvement plans.Prioritizing incidents, operational activity and new CR activity according to their urgency and influence on the business.Producing and reviewing documents that outline ITSM processes.Collaborating with the Service Management stakeholders to ensure that all protocols are diligently followed.Logging all incidents and their resolution to see if there are recurring malfunctions.Communicating with higher management, customer, attend bridges for technical discussion with various domains if major issues are found in the system.Managing the incident team members by re-assigning workloads and re-scheduling non-urgent tasks.Drive the optimization continuously in terms of technical and process related deliveries.Requirements Incident, Problem, Change Management, emergency handling experience required.Experience of other ITSM process is required.Experience : 7-10 years in BSS domain.Education : B.Sc.
