We are looking for an experienced Implementation Manager Role who will lead and coordinate all implementation services while also supporting Commercial engagements with technical advice, with respect to 4/5G Networks deployment activities, achieving Project Acceptance. You will be involved in planning, executing, and acceptance activities of NRO services (e.g., Network Design, Site Acquisition, Civil Works, Installation, Integration services, etc.) and support CPM to secure an efficient delivery process and a timely customer acceptance. This role will ensure work is performed as per the project requirements and will act as a point of contact for delivery activities towards the Customer Delivery Organization, Third Parties assigned by Ericsson, and Ericsson Project Organization and Internal Partners. The Implementation Management adheres to responsible business practices ensuring compliance to; group, legal, and financial directives, global and local Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety (E+OHS), information/product security and privacy, using relevant processes and tools.
You will:
Support commercial engagements with technical adviceOrganize, coordinate, and supervise rollout activities, e.g. RAN SW RolloutIdentify project delivery readiness and RFI dependenciesHandle work orders and compensationApply required automation tools for implementation activitiesKick-off implementation activities with (internal/external) stakeholdersRegularly track and follow-up progress & defined KPIs, support project governanceIdentify pain points from stakeholders and drive implementation improvementsManage acceptance proceduresManage assigned delivery workforceManage OHS, EMS, Security & Anticorruption
To be successful in the role, you will bring:
Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, preferably in engineering (IT/Telecom)Minimum 2 years experience in Telecom Network deploymentTechnology experience: RAN, MW/IPHigh self-organized ability and adaptive to complex schedulesAbility to understand technical documents (RFDS, Construction Drawings, Structural Analysis)Commercial awareness and experience in delivering to budgetsExcellent leading and supervising skills combined with a results-oriented mannerEffective communication in English and facilitation skillsDelivering results & meeting customer expectationsResilience in coping with Pressures & Setbacks, experience in resolving challengesPlanning and organizational skills for medium/large projectsAble to work in a cross-culture environmentMS Office suite knowledge Creating & innovating
