This role works under the guidance of more senior colleagues to complete the overall technical design and build of the small-scale and less complex elements of the solution to meet a client’s business requirements. **What you'll be doing** **Key Responsibilities:** + Develops and select appropriate design standards, methods and tools, consistent with the agreed enterprise and solution architectures. + Translate business requirements into solutions. + Implements and executes solutions according to user requirements. + Provides technical support as Subject Matter Expert (SMEs) and knowledge in analyzing client requirements (client's current system capabilities and business challenges). + Assists with the design of components using appropriate modelling techniques following agreed architectures, design standards, patterns and methodology. + Ensures technical solutions accomplish the client's objectives. + Assists Solutions Architects (SAs) in the production of a technical specification for the solution's development and systems integration requirements. + Develops the technical design document to match the solution design specification. + Assists with proposal, requirement gathering and Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives. **Academic Qualifications and Certifications:** + Bachelors degree in statistics, accounting, or finance. + ⁠Relevant experience in finance, banking or risk management. + ⁠Relevant industry certifications, for example BSMR, CPA. + Proficiency in using statistic tools and programming language are preferable. **Required Experience:** + 4+ years of experience in banking, finance or consulting. + ⁠Excellent communication and collaboration skill to work cross functional. + ⁠English proficiency is a must. + ⁠Proven success in driving business initiatives and providing recommendation tailored to client’s needs. + Relevant product knowledge integrated with technology understanding. + Understanding of the vendor’s products, business and technology positioning. + Good communication skills both verbal and written. + Develops the ability to establish and create client relationships. + Continuously maintain knowledge of trends and development in technology domains. **Workplace type** **:** Hybrid Working **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
