SUMMARY
The Identity & Access Management Provisioner I performs ongoing management of the bank's end-user access to internal banking system platforms. This position is responsible for provisioning, changing, and de-provisioning access and troubleshooting access-related items.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Works from an IT Service Management System queue and provision user access according to standardized procedures.

Follows standardized policies and procedures for the creation, editing, and removal of access across all banking platforms.

Completes provisioning tasks quickly and accurately.

Builds new users with appropriate access, action transfers by changing user access appropriately, and removes user access upon termination of employment.

Explains policies and practices related to provisioning controls to end users when questions arise.

Works with System Administrators to create and update provisioning guides as changes to systems and provisioning methods are updated.

Provides consultation on the impact to current state and makes recommendations on future state processes.

Assesses and resolves user access problems related to security controls to minimize business impact and risk exposure.

Follows up with end-users on access issues after provisioning is completed.

Provides a positive end-user experience in any end-user interactions with other bank employees when assisting in issue resolution.

Updates management on any known issues or escalations that require management visibility or interaction.

Develops an understanding of the principals and concepts of bank operation, loan operations, and financial systems principals.

Stays informed of technology needs and regulations for all bank applications.

Works collaboratively with team members and follows direction as provided by the manager and/or appropriated team members.

Works in a professional manner with other groups and vendors within the bank organization to complete provisioning tasks and issue resolution.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Understanding and experience with Microsoft Active Directory.

Experience with or exposure to Privileged Access Management systems (i.e.. CyberArk, Thycotic).

Experience with or exposure to Identity Access Management processes, procedures, workflows, and concepts such as periodic access reviews, IT General Controls, access governance, and experience or understanding of IT Audit expectations.

Experience or exposure to roles and entitlements, role-based access control.

Experience or exposure to automated access provisioning using tools such as SailPoint, Omada, CORE Security, or similar experience or exposure to manual access provisioning.

Understanding of Microsoft PowerShell and Command Prompt.

Understanding or exposure to programming languages such as SQL and Java is desired.

Must be able to follow directions and procedures and work with limited supervision.

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.

Ability to solve complex problems independently.

Must be a self-starter and detail-oriented.

Strong communication skills are critical to allow effective communication with customers to build positive, professional relationships and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, vendors, and internal customers.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Ability to work alone or in a diverse team environment in order to complete required tasks.

May be required to work after hours and weekends as needed to accomplish work tasks.


EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Associate's Degree and/or a certification with a technical focus required

1-3 years experience in a technical setting and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required
