The post holder will be responsible for ICT Security, Information Assurance, Business Continuity and Critical Incident Management in UAP Holdings.

This will involve developing and maintaining information security strategies, defining information security requirements and undertaking risk assessments and ensuring that all the all the ICT Security associated processes remain ISO 27001 compliant.

S/he will also lead the review of and technical assurance of information security plans and also play an important ICT governance role within the Group. S/he will also advise the Group CIO on all information security and assurance matters.

The post holder will work closely with internal and external stakeholders at all levels but particularly with the Group Internal Audit Function, ICT applications and infrastructure Manager and Business Information owners and will represent the function in ICT Security, BCP and IA fora.

Qualification and Experience;

In addition the successful candidate will hold a relevant degree or professional qualification (ideally CISSP, CISM/CISA, Cisco Certified Professional (Security track) qualified) and a have deep understanding of the Microsoft and Oracle environment and security requirements. You should have over five (5) year's experience in Information security management. The successful post holder will be able to demonstrate significant recent experience of managing both in-house and outsourced ICT security teams and ensuring delivery against Information Security related performance objectives and contractual obligations Experience in Implementing relevant security industry standards in relation to network management, web services, VoIP, remote access and disaster recovery Establishing and maintaining Information Assurance and data handling processes especially as they relate to collaboration and sharing of information across trust boundaries Managing business continuity and BS 2599 best practice Developing security strategies, undertaking risk assessments for new systems and defining information security requirements Applying security products, protocols, access controls and cryptography needed to support a RESTRICTED environment such as secure VPN, IDS and remote monitoring
