Unilever is currently hiring for Ice Cream Sales Development Supervisor OOH IC.

Job Purpose
The FMCG industry is going through very exciting but challenging times in Poland. The covid pandemic has affected the retail landscape, impacting consumers’ financial situation and hence their shopping behaviour. New trends are emerging, driven by evolving consumer needs, which drive launches of new brands. Shopping behaviour has undergone a major shift – frequency of shopping has considerably decreased, at the same basket value per purchase act has significantly increased. These changes in behaviour are impacting the channels landscape, where the ‘old’ traditional channel is changing the shape and re-inventing itself to become future fit, addressing ever evolving shopper needs. It is also about other channels then PROXI, where people traffic is crucial for Ice Cream Category.
The job of Sales Development Supervisor OOH IC is very important job in Sales division, where the person is responsible for achieving the designated sales (sell-in), resale (sell-out) and quality indicators (input KPI) for entrusted clients (IC distributors an Local Chains) and in the geographical area, acting in accordance with SOL UL standards (in the attachment) and within the framework of entrusted scope of responsibility. It’s one of the ‘key jobs’ in OOH IC Poland.
Key Responsibilities
Own full accountability of ‘distribution execution strategy’ for distributive trade, proxy, leisure, convenience, HoReCa, alternative channels for Ice Cream division
Lead the development of new channel with his customers, so that we recruit and hunt new store for business expansion every year
Responsible for budgets and efficiency of investments.
Achieving sales and quality goals (sell-in, sell-out, input KPI) with clients and around responsibility
Timely and qualitative performance and reporting of assigned tasks.
Building effective business relationships with customers and customer SR
Ensuring continuous availability of required IC products
Implementation of new IC products to customers.
Initiating and controlling the execution of customer orders.
Control and enforcement of the implementation of central arrangements with clients
Control and enforcement of local IC promotions at customers (at distributors and in retail)
Supervision of timely payments by individual direct customers.
OTiF appropriate settlement of promotions, discounts and bonuses with distributors
Common work with PH distributors
Conducting meetings for clients' SFs
Coordinating and proactively developing UL's cooperation with clients based on new technologies, solutions implemented at clients
Conducting customer visits based on CDS work standards

Data driven and analytical, comfortable to work with numbers and get actionable insight to drive them in his team and use them effectively with finance & marketing – Concepts of ROI/ cost optimization and P&L
Strong understanding of operating environment and leveraging technology & analytics as a solution for business problems

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum 4 years’ experience in sales & FMCG space.
Experience in managing 3P teams
