WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE + Supports collecting and reporting cold chain quality data, + Supports the tracking and reporting of consumer and customer complaints, + Close relationship with sourcing unit quality, R&D and brand teams where needed, + Collect, monitor, and manage required information, provide analysis, + Reporting and presenting outputs with regular updates, + Handling operational issues when they arise.
