Main Responsibilities + Role will be responsible for innovation planning, such as managing innovation project, ensure timely and accurate production and dispatch of innovation, and owning innovation project performance tracker + Monitor, track, and ensure the completeness of E2E MDM creation + Work with E2E Planner on the production schedule for innovation + Work with Sales Planner & DRP Planner on the distribution for innovation + Monitor, track the product flow to shelf + Updating SKU in CD system ( i.e. Leveredge , Power BI ) for DT customers + Overseeing the transition plan execution and status and acknowledge the business impact on business waste + Support KAM on the listing process for MT customers Candidate Criteria Experience & Qualification + Bachelor’s degree in engineering/environmental science , or a related field. + Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in planning Skills: + Collaboration tools, kinaxis , Aera, Forecast utility, data lake , SAP, Neco + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Understanding of supply chain and planning mastery + Multi Stakeholder management and performance management + Scenario and exception-based planning + S&OP and business environment understanding + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
