Ice Cream - Finance Business Partner Manager

Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job

Finance Business Partner/Manager to drive IC Transformation. Building a sustainable & winning business model,

 maximizing their strategic investment for growth, decision support, strategy formulation and putting strategy into action.

PIC would require good business senses & analytical thinking, strong communication & partnering skills to give financial advices to the team to drive business.

Main Accountabilities

Work with Business leader to develop business model for short term and long-term business success.Commercially shape the medium to long term direction of the business Lead the Transformation P&L covering end to end operations (SC, CD, Marketing and MT/DT Operations)Lead the finance business partnering role in relation to CD regarding to Customer performance management, decision support, performance analytics and intervention.Define trade terms of customers to ensure fair and equitable (TTS, credit limit, distributors’ collateral…) and partner with CD for the trade terms negotiation with customers.Work with National Finance team (Controller) to set up the end-to-end Finance operation with the new business model.Identify and drive the development and implementation of Gross Margin roadmaps across the businessDrive the development and implementation of Profitability and Cash management.Maximize the translation of external environment (customers/retailers/competitors) into internal intelligence for the business.Lead team to support delivery, including many layers of delivering through others (direct team, other finance teams)Together with CD Excellence Function to analyse big data to identify more growth opportunities.

Experience required

Over 5+ years experiences in business partnering roles preferably within Marketing or CD, with strong strategic thinking and strong engagement to stake holders. Ability to balance the big picture / long term aspect of country strategic plan, with key in-year performance interventions required to ensure the business remains on the right path   Experience of working in cross functional teams within a matrix environment desirable. Ability to influence senior stakeholders in and outside Vietnam Manage & inspire team with new way of working, new capabilities and drive insights to actions Some M&A and business Transformation experience as a plus
