If you are in the Unilever Ice Cream business or consider choosing to work for the Unilever Ice Cream business, you will work for the Global, leading Ice Cream player with €7.9bn Turn Over in 2023. The Ice Cream business is operating in a highly attractive category, as we are part of the 1 trillion snacking and refreshment industry, growing consistently at high pace. We have strong brands equities: 5 of top 10 selling brands including Wall’s, Magnum, Ben &Jerry’s. We are investing to unlock the full growth potential of Ice Cream as a standalone entity, once we separate from Unilever, which is planned to happen by November 2025.

JOB PURPOSE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy and Execution:

Implement global and local strategies in Spain, adapting to market needs, and ensuring effective resource allocation. Lead negotiations to maximize investments and achieve objectives while coordinating with cross-functional teams. 

Team Leadership and Network Strengthening: 

Develop the team, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring collaboration with Key Accounts. Set ambitious goals and support e-commerce initiatives and trends. Lead the team in a way that inspires the rest of the company with pioneering actions that the channel enables.

Client Channel Development: 

Define Joint Business Plans with Key Accounts, ensure excellent category planning, and support Perfect Store Online standards. Ensure collaboration and co-creation work with the client.

Growth Exploration: 

Identify new growth opportunities within the channel.Always be open to seeking new opportunities, exploring and learning from what others are doing or simply leading actions that inspire and generate business.

Data Management: 

Ensure effective use of data for online and offline business decisions.Use data as the basis for decision making.Trial and error mentality, with absolute measurement through data.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS

You have a University Degree in Engineering, Business, or similar and minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Sales and/or Operations role, ideally within a Consumer Goods Enterprise.Experience acting as partner to the business to enable Sales and Marketing teams on the day-to-day operations of their clients.Experience in project management.Proficiency level of English and Spanish
