JOB PURPOSE:
At Unilever, your purpose is to ensure the accuracy and quality of data to drive our business forward. You will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing data from TFS and SAP, supporting CRM performance, and ensuring precise reporting. You will be responsible for CRM excellence (all SAP imports and customer data for the CD area) and consolidating customer-related information from CD to other departments. Collaborate with brilliant leaders and diverse colleagues in a global environment, and become your best self by leveraging your data-driven mindset.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure quality and accurate information from TFS and SAP to support CRM performance
Sales in – responsible for the accuracy of information (sales in volume and value, product hierarchy, customer hierarchy, regional structure) in the set of reports for Romania used in CD/Planning/Customer Service
Product mapping – for any new MRDR introduced by Master Data in TFS and SAP, the brand, category, and transport temperature must be set to obtain correct information in the Uniproducts structure (which forms the basis of all applications and product structures)
Mapping and maintaining hierarchies for structures in BEX
Daily data import – sales out, stocks, statuses, receipts in the local application for customers who ensure data exchange (this information comes from customers in various formats that need to be modified to be imported)
Daily sales report versus target in volume and value • Monthly stock cover report in days for TT and IKA customers (who have available data) – the current stock is divided by the daily average sales recorded during the previous month, resulting in stock cover in days for brands in customers
Consolidation of customer-related information from CD (sales & customer marketing) to other departments (including active Unilever portfolios on the customer)
Performing tasks and preparing additional reports requested by the direct line manager
Transmitting information to the execution team
Ensuring consistent development of business analyses from the market (internal and external), channel, and customer perspective, constantly updating data •
Providing support to the CD Excellence Manager and CD BI and Training Manager in building Channel and Customer Business Planning and BI (including market), Channel Blueprints, CotC & Cut the Tail exercise, IBP, CVA
