About the Role

The IBP Digital Process Transformation Lead is responsible to enable the transformation of Diageo IBP process thru the implementation of Organization, Process and Technology initiatives to enhance operations, improve decision-making, and drive sustainable business performance.

You will play a key role in connecting will all the critical collaborators, ensuring all voices are heard and guaranteeing we motivate change where needed, in alignment to global standards. Will also ensure new solutions is fit for use in the region, ensure market readiness for i-IBP (intelligent integrated business planning) deployment across people, process, data and technology, and successfully rollout new processes and tool functionalities, driving fully adoption to unlock business benefits.

Top Accountabilities

Drives implementation and adoption of new process, people, data and technology elements of i-IBP

Drives a Building blocks driven forecast with clear assumptions and reconciliation process

Deploys standardised framework to incorporate Customer and Consumer  insights into IBP process

Develop organization capability to deliver transparency on soft vs hard risks and S&OP vs O&R

Support delivery of robust Customer Stock In Trade Analysis capabilities

Supports development of price and Promotion elasticity studies for Volume/Price analysis

Drives Demand Radar adoption

Supports organization maturity interventions: Operating model & reporting lines review, IBP / Demand team with the right level of staffing, seniority, skills (domain, digital, business, influencing)

In partnership with the Regional IBP leader, drives Health Check assessment and key interventions to achieve targeted maturity levels.

Ensures implementation of strong data governance across all IBP data elements.

Ensures right reporting capabilities are in place to support new i-IBP Process effectively.

Owns BCP plan design and execution

Experience, Skills & Capabilities Required

Strong IBP foundation following Oliver Wight’s process standards with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Expert in Supply Chain fundamentals, including demand and supply balancing, inventory management, capacity management, etc.

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of successfully leading complex transformation projects.

Strong understanding of business process optimization, performance measurement, and change management principles.

Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, enabling data-driven decision-making and performance monitoring.

Previous Successful Experience

Strategic Planning and Transformation: Demonstrated experience leading strategic planning processes and implementing transformational initiatives in multinational corporations.

Change Management: Proven track record of driving organizational change, overcoming resistance, and fostering a culture of innovation and agility.

Project Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from inception to implementation, delivering tangible business results on time and within budget.

Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of market dynamics, regulatory environments, and cultural nuances across different countries in the LAC region.

Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal skills with a history of successfully engaging and influencing collaborators at all levels of the organization, from frontline staff to senior leadership.

Robust business acumen.

Experience in S&OP/ Demand Planning working in a multinational CPG / FMCG
