Position: Human Resource Manager
Location: Malava, Kenya
Company: Leading Sugar Manufacturer

Qualifications:

Master's degree in human resource management or a related field Membership with IHRM and a valid practicing license

Experience:

Minimum of 8 years in HR management

Key Skills & Expertise:

Strategic HR leadership and business partnership Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws Extensive experience in CBA negotiations Benefits and compensation management Proficiency in HR information systems Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily HR operations Liaise with labor and government agencies on employee and industry matters Monitor industry trends and advise leadership on labor-related issues Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements Manage recruitment, compensation, training, performance management, and employee relations Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures

Reporting To: Managing Director
Team: HR Department staff

Salary & Benefits: Competitive (to be discussed during interviews)
Preferred Candidate: Male, aged 40-54
Tentative Start Date: 1st March 2024
