This position is responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in all administrative and other assigned areas.
Key ResponsibilitiesOVERALL OBJECTIVE / MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The job of Human Resources Coordinator is executed satisfactorily when
Application Handling:\n\nEmployment requests are acknowledged within 48 hours.\nEvery applicant receives a personalized response to their application.\nApplicant correspondence is handled in a timely and professional manner and interviews are set up on behalf of management. \nCVs are distributed to Heads of Department and followed-up on.\nEvery applicant receives a final response to their employment request.\nKempinski recruitment web-site:\nAll vacancies are posted.\nThe hotel page of the recruitment web-site is up-to-date and well maintained.\nOn-boarding:\nAll new joiners are personally welcomed and necessary paperwork completed in an organized and efficient manner.\nNew joiner starting dates are communicated and coordinated with the respective HODs and the Training department.\nAdministration:\nEvery employee has a complete employee file.\nEmployee and payroll data is maintained in systems.\nVacation and sick leave are tracked.\nTTTTs are tracked.\nEmployees anniversaries are tracked and anniversary gifts and cards are personally handed over by the Head or Department, Hotel and/or General Manager.\nMaintenance:\nThe employee communication boards are up-to-date and attractive.\nThe employee locker rooms and cafeteria are looked after.\nEmployees are welcomed to the Human Resources office in a warm and friendly manner.\nExit:\nEvery leaver receives an exit interview.\nEvery leaver respecting a notice period receives an employment certificate on their last working day.\nAdditional objectives and responsibilities can be added at any time, depending on the need of the business and hotel. \n

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nNATIONALITY: Eligible for a working permit in country of hire
EDUCATION: Bachelor degree.\n
EXPERIENCE: To fill the position, the following is required:One (1) year in a similar HR position within a luxury brand or an international company \nLANGUAGE: Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment:\nLocal language – excellent oral and written skills \nEnglish – excellent oral and written skills\nAdditional language - beneficial\n\nCOMPETENCIES: To fill this position the candidate must have:\nPlanning and organizational skills\nVerbal and written communication skills\nProblem Solving & Decision Making skills\nBe familiar with labour laws and regulations \nBe familiar with local social insurance policies \nAdministration skills\n\nTECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: Computer literacy:\nWord and Excel\nPowerPoint\n\nINDIVIDUAL CHARACTERISTICS: To fill this position the candidate must identify with the Kempinski core values, in addition they should be especially:\nPeople Oriented\nPassionate for European luxury\nEntrepreneurial\nSelf-confident\nPersuasive\nEthical\nQuality oriented\nWell-presented\n\nOTHER SKILLS: Depending on region and property.
