Providing HR support to impact our culture and employee experience by managing day-to-day tasks and long-term projects and processes.Working collaboratively with the HR Partner on development and engagement topicsSupporting specific Talent development initiatives within Healthineers businessesResearching best practice in the areas of talent development, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.Coordinating analysis of the engagement surveySupporting coordination and drafting quarterly HR Newsletter

A general understanding of the healthcare industry Previous projects or internships in a business/HR function

Required skills and education to have for the success of this role:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, majoring in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related disciplineMinimum 3.0 GPA (preferred)  

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00 hourly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on education, skills, and experience. Siemens Healthineers offers interns paid time off.
