DHL Group is seeking a dedicated HSE Programme Manager to join our functional Health and safety team and drive our Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) initiatives across the business unit.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n

As part of your normal duties, you will...

\n\nCollaborate with the HSE Senior Leadership Team to promote and embed a Safety First Culture throughout the organization.\nSupport the HSE Digitalisation agenda across HSL, ensuring that innovative solutions are integrated into our health and safety practices.\nProvide development and support to the HSE team for all new tender PCPs and Business As Usual (BAU) post go-live activities, ensuring compliance and excellence in execution.\nLead the development and alignment of the Dangerous Goods Agenda for HSL, working closely with the HSE team to ensure safety and compliance.\nDevelop and align the HSL HSE strategic programmes agenda, supporting successful programme implementation and continuous improvement.\n\n
