Coordinating with HR Business Partners for various events & connects
Prepare employee list eligible for Rewards and Recognition and organize the rewarding events. MIS Preparation, Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel/PowerPoint/ Word). Service award & Exit coordination
Assist in organizing team building activities and any company celebrations.

Organize and execute recognition programs, milestone celebrations, and team-building activities
Track engagement metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership
QualificationsEducational qualification:
Experience : 2 to 4 years
Mandatory/requires Skills: Experience in Talent Engagement Activities & Dashboard Preparation
Preferred Skills: Communication Skills, Problem Solving mindset, Creative mindset, ability to work independently and collaboratively, Team player with positive attitude. Familiarity with HR systems and engagement platforms is a plus
