Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated. **Your key responsibilities** + Be a true HR professional working hand to hand with the whole team, with proactiveness and able to discuss and tackle complex business issues in order to translate business needs into action plans and solutions. + Actively contribute to different global, regional, and local HR initiatives for the different divisions of the Company, with a focus on Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition programs. + Own the full hiring process for Trainees & Apprentices roles based in Barcelona. Positive attitude with determination and urgency. + Organized and meticulous when it comes to detail, especially where others may overlook. + Able to adapt to a fast moving, dynamic and multicultural environment where things change quickly. + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
