DescriptionWe are seeking a highly adaptable and proactive HR & Training Coordinator to join our pre-opening team at the Kempinski Alacati Residences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR and training functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our residency's HR processes and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. This role requires a flexible individual who is also willing to provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
Key Responsibilities\n\nRecruitment Support: Assist with job postings, resume reviews, and interviews.\n\nEmployee Records: Maintain employee files and ensure legal compliance.\n\nPerformance Management: Support performance reviews and feedback processes.\n\nEmployee Relations: Address employee inquiries and resolve HR issues.\n\nPayroll Assistance: Support the payroll process.\n\nCompliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.\n\nImplementation/ Training of Kempinski Standards\n
Administrative Support (Directors Office):\n\nScheduling: Manage meeting and event schedules.\n\nReporting: Prepare reports and presentations.\n\nCorrespondence: Handle emails and other communications.\n\nProject Assistance: Support special projects as assigned.\n\nConfidentiality: Maintain discretion with sensitive information.\n\nGeneral Office duties: perform general office tasks.\n
