You have:

Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Oracle, ServiceNow) and managing ticketing workflowsSome previous working experience and employee or customer support3rd language, e.g. Spanish, French, Italian, German, Portuguese, etc.As a part of our team, you will:
Support employee life cycle operations and transactions for all global People (HR) domains and policiesSupport employees with their global People (HR) queries, providing guidance to them.Oversee the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of employee requests and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)Participate in internal processes and projects related to but not limited to: standardization, automation, transformation of Global Care processesEngage with stakeholders and end users, ensuring their needs are met, and continuously track and leverage their feedback to improve services
