Process Assessment and Improvement:Partner with Global Process Owners (GPOs) and other stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of current HR processes and propose enhancements.Design and document HR processes and solution requirements based on business needs.Continuously seek opportunities to improve HR solutions and develop innovative ideas to better deliver against business strategy.Proven experience in identifying and implementing process improvements within an HR environment.Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including process and journey maps, standard operating procedures, and guidelines.Systems Analysis and Solution Design:Analyze systems capabilities and define technology solution requirements.Collaborate with teams to perform functional and user-acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.Support solution delivery in partnership with internal and vendor resources.Data Analysis and Reporting:Perform data analysis to assess and improve data quality and metrics for HR processes.Provide metrics and data insights to support HR decision-making and strategy development.High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work.Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner across Centers of Excellence (CoEs), Business HR, and HR Shared Services to understand business needs and ensure a holistic approach to HR solutions.Engage and influence stakeholders at various levels to drive HR process improvements and technology adoption. Gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on process initiatives.Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Governance Support: Ensure HR processes comply with global standards and support overall HR governance.Collaboration: Work closely with HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence, and HR Shared Services to align processes with business needs.Training and Change Management:Experience in managing change and driving adoption of new processes.Guide the development of training materials and coordinate training sessions as needed.Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) HR Excellence and Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams to identify impacts and actions related to HR solutions.Provide training and support to HR teams on new and improved processes.

Proficiency in HR systems and tools, as well as data analysis software. Experience with tools like MS Visio and project management software. Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels. Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management. Problem Solving: A research-minded approach with solid consulting skills to address complex HR challenges. Ability to design and track workforce experience solution impacts and business outcomes.

Innovation: Familiarity with design-thinking methodology and the ability to develop innovative HR solutions. Experience with digital experience design and solution personalization concepts.

Qualifications:

Country-specific education, e,g Bachelor’s degree, Business, Technology, HR or another analytical discipline with relevant standalone certificates/coursework.Relevant certifications in HR, process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean), or project management (e.g., PMP) are highly desirable.7+ years of experience in business process design, preferably HR process design, HR data management, functional HR solution design, digital operations, and technology solution implementations.3+ years working in Human Resources, well rounded HR experience in multiple areas of Human Resources.4+ years experience in HR process and data analysis, process design/mapping, requirements documentation, and solution testing. Ability to complete process analysis independently and draw insights for the analysis.3+ years of HR process knowledge in at least 2 of the following areas: Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Offboarding, Talent Management, Leave of Absence, and/or Compensation, Global Mobility.Experience working in a global HR environment with an understanding of different cultural and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in HRIS systems, data analysis tools, and project management software.4+ years of experience with modern HR technology solutions like Cloud HCM, Portal, Case Management, Talent Engagement, Learning, and other Employee Experience platforms.5+ years MS Office fluency, e.g., Excel, PPT, Visio and project coordination skills, other tools, Lucid, Canva.3 + years of Workday HCM process understanding/knowledge.3+ years of Workday HCM solution design (functional) and module implementation experience.Experience in engaging and influencing stakeholders with strong communication skills.Can do attitude and self starter.A research-minded approach and solid general consulting skills, from an HR process/discipline perspective.4+ years experience working with globally distributed international teams, US and other regions.Proficiency with English language, speaking and writing.
