**Job Overview**
TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.
**What your background should look like:**
Job responsibilities:
• Analyzes training and development needs for employees in collaboration with line managers and other HR professionals to ensure skill and capabilities of employees meet TE’s current and future needs.
• Implement site’s training plan / programs, including promotions and communications, program structure, content, logistic arrangement, pre/post-learning follow-up, evaluation, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Implement and follow up the overall plans of site required compliance trainings and ensure the overall process meet the requirement of internal / external audits.
• Conducts training for new employee orientation and/or special positions. Facilitates learning activities as needed.
• Manages resources and day-to-day relationships with relevant stakeholders to ensure the quality delivery of site’s training curriculums.
• Collaborate and participate in the cross-sites / global L&D related initiatives and projects as required.
• Other HR projects and tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, at least 5+ years HR related experience, relevant industry background is preferred.
• Good command of English reading and speaking skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast paced, complex environment with great flexibility and “can do” attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to analyze complex issues and recommend and implement practical solutions.
• Strong planning and organizing skills.
