**Job Overview**
TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.
**What your background should look like:**
Responsibilities
1. HR Master Data Management & Reporting, including mass data upload, employees' basic data collection, etc.
2. Attendance management, including attendance team management and guidance, data collection, checking and analysis as needed.
3. Administrate HR systems, including the use and optimization of the attendance system, and the maintenance of public equipment.
4. Employee on board/termination/transfer process handle/employee contract management.
5. Support site payroll, ER Projects to ensure compliance with TE payroll strategy, TE group policies.
6. Employee benefits, including government allowances/welfare applications, maternity allowance declarations, thank-you cards, etc.
7. Other payroll items, including employee bank card processing, work injury declaration, budget preparation, ER case support, etc.
Capabilities:
1. Bachelor’s Degree majored in management, HR or other related discipline, 4 years relevant HR experience, compensation & Benefit experiences in manufacturing industry preferred.
2. English Speaking and Writing.
3. Proficient with PCs, Excel and Word.
4. Familiar with labor laws and regulations.
5. Positive and proactive mind, strong responsibility, high integrity, good team player with a strong work ethic.
