Services – amongst many others – include Resourcing, On-boarding, Off-boarding Compensation & Reward administration and Payroll. GHRO is the foundation for Diageo in achieving its HR strategy and is a key enabler in excellent employee & manager experience with people processes. JML is a set of activities associated with the Onboarding and Offboarding processes, aiming to provide excellent experience for employees as well as simple, trusted services for Line managers. **About the Role** The person in this role will be dedicated to customer service and resolving queries with a high degree of quality and accuracy. They will also demonstrate good judgement to interpret the customers’ need and appropriate response. They receive and process requests (including document generation) and enquiries using the technology and documentation provided.
