What You'll Do
You will join the brand-new BCG Almaty HR Team, taking ownership of key HR Operations processes while being an integral part of the wider People team across the EMC (East Mediterranean and Caspian) geography.
Reporting to the Caspian HR Operations Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless HR service delivery in areas such as personnel administration, compliance, employee mobility, and payroll coordination.
You will be involved in managing the end-to-end HR operational lifecycle, supporting both local and international staff, and ensuring BCG’s high standards of employee experience and process excellence are met.
Your responsibilities will also include handling employment documentation, facilitating employee onboarding and offboarding, liaising with local payroll and immigration partners, and contributing to the successful delivery of HR programs in Kazakhstan.
You are good at:
Assisting in HR administrative tasks, including handling personnel documentation (e.g., new hires, transfers, exits, vacations, sick leaves);Supporting the coordination of student/internship programs from an HR operations perspective;Collaborating with local payroll providers, migration authorities, and the BCG Global Mobility Team;Assisting with the legalization process of expat colleagues in Kazakhstan;Supporting record-keeping and compliance tasks related to HR processes;Helping facilitate inbound and outbound employee transfers;Ensuring accurate and timely data entry and reporting through internal HR systems and tools;Acting as a reliable point of contact for employees regarding HR operational queries and support.

What You'll Bring
Relevant experience (at least 4 years) in similar roles in a multinational company (preferably professional services firms);Advanced level experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and egov.kz;Very good communication skills, both written and oral in Kazakh, Russian and English;Solid knowledge of Kazakh labor and migration legislation;Sound analytical skills as well as hands-on operational capabilities;Strong organizational skills, ability to set priorities and strong attention to detail in order to meet deadlines;Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and different stakeholders, consistently handling situations with sensibility and patience:Good organization and time management skills, with a strong orientation to high-quality results.Who You'll Work With
