What You'll Do

 

You’ll be part of the Warsaw HR Operations Team, providing HR administrative support throughout the entire employee life cycle.

 

As an HR Operations Senior Specialist, you will work closely with the CEE HR Operations function team. HR Operations forms the backbone of our People organization, ensuring that all formal employment conditions and documentation are in place for our staff.

 

This position is offered as a fixed-term maternity leave cover, with an expected duration of approximately 1.5 years.

 

What You’re Good At:

Supporting and executing employee lifecycle administrationVerifying and ensuring accurate recording of personnel and salary dataPreparing data for the payroll cycle and working closely with external providersManaging all processes related to employee benefits and coordinating with various vendorsRevamping and enhancing HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, policy updates, employee data management, and HR complianceParticipating in the facilitation, support, and execution of policy and process changes as neededImplementing employee lifecycle changes and data updates in the Workday systemAdvising employees and other departments on salary calculations and related queriesCollaborating closely with local, regional, and global teamsPrevious experience with immigration and visa matters is highly valuedExperience in HR analytics is a strong asset, particularly in interpreting workforce data to support informed decision-making

What You'll Bring

 

A university degreeMinimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a professional services or multinational company environmentExperience with Workday and HR Operations processesProficiency in MS Office (Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Polish
