What You'll Do

You will be part of the local HR Team based in BCG’s Milan office, contributing to the Learning & Development initiatives while being embedded in a broader People team that spans several HR functions across the EMC (East Mediterranean and Caspian) geography.
You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders, ensuring the effective execution of training and development programs while maintaining a strong focus on enhancing the employee learning experience and supporting BCG’s commitment to continuous professional growth.

YOU ARE GOOD AT:

Organizing and supporting the delivery of training courses for the Consulting Team (CT) population, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with departmental objectives and employee development strategies.Coordinating and overseeing the preparation and execution of onboarding activities for all new hires, ensuring a smooth and engaging start to their BCG journey.Analyzing, and reporting employee training data through internal systems, with a focus on optimizing course logistics, monitoring attendance, and tracking performance metrics.

 

The role will be focused on the activities listed above, but not limited to them.



What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s Degree (a specialization on HR topics will be considered a plus).Excellent communications skills, both written and oral, in Italian and English (C1).A proactive, positive attitude with a passion for HR and learning & development.Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
