Short Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Lead for our client's hr operations reporting to the Head of People and Culture to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources operations within one of the top perfume brands in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Performance & Development
Lead and oversee the full Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, mid- and year-end reviews, talent assessments, and succession planning. Collaborate with senior leadership to implement KRAs/KPIs, support line managers, and analyze performance data for continuous improvement.
Talent Management & Acquisition
Conduct talent reviews to identify high-potential employees, develop succession plans with a focus on diversity, and implement competency frameworks. Strategically manage the end-to-end recruitment process, using internal data and market trends to attract and retain top talent aligned with business needs.
Employee Relations & Culture
Foster a positive workplace culture through fair and consistent management of employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling. Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives, and drive organizational development and change management projects to support business transformation.
Compensation, Payroll & Budgeting
Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures and incentives. Oversee timely and accurate payroll processing while managing the HR budget to deliver cost-effective, business-aligned HR solutions.
Policies & Compliance
Develop and implement HR policies tailored to regional needs and aligned with company goals. Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and occupational health and safety regulations by regularly updating internal policies to reflect legal changes.
Qualifications and Experience
10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing and/or retail sectors. Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR systems, and best practices. High proficiency in HRIS, data analytics tools, and performance management software. Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
