HR (junior) specialist – part-time

Site: Budapest, HURole type: part-time (0,5 FTE), hybrid (HO up to 3 times per week)
The purpose of this job is to support our Shared Service Centre Lead in administering the HR processes in order to deliver best in class HR services, products and systems in line with business needs.
Key tasks:Manage administrative tasks related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes.Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.Prepare and send preboarding materials and conduct orientation sessions for new hires.Coordinate employee training and development activities and support HR initiatives.Schedule and organize team meetings, document key points, and follow up on action items.Administer attendance and vacation records, process sick leave notifications, and assist with employee queries.Organize and execute office events, coordinating logistics and vendor management.Handle day-to-day building maintenance tasks and coordinate with maintenance staff.Collect and compile data for reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Your profile:Bachelor’s degree.Professional English.Relevant experience is a big plus.Proactive, well-organized professional with good analytical thinking.
