HR Digital Business Partner - HR Operations

The HR Digital Business Partner serves as a strategic catalyst, driving digital transformation of the human resources functions to enhance organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and operational HR efficiency. This role bridges the gap between our People Strategy, HR Digital Strategy, business needs, and technological capabilities, ensuring that digital solutions are leveraged to their full potential in supporting the company's objectives.

Partner with HR Operations Leadership Team to design, develop and propose strategic plans that align with operations, people and business objectivesInput and shape the necessary Project deliveries aligned to strategic plans through the HR Project Portfolio process, including creation/validation of business cases and ROI calculationsAnalyze industry trends, market conditions and internal data in all people related matters to provide actionable insights that shape business strategyIdentifies opportunities for innovation, explores emerging trends and industry best practices, to propose pilots utilizing new technologies, processes, or productsProvide a consultancy approach, offering strategic recommendations to support growth, innovation, and process optimizationAct as an ambassador for HR Digital’s strategy, vision and overall ambition across all work involvementPartner across HR Operations to enable maximum ROI from our HR Technologies in line with vendor releasesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on business priorities and initiativesFacilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective execution of business strategiesRepresent the needs and perspectives of HR Operations in discussions with HR Digital Systems team, collaborating effectively through to conclusionQuality assure strategic digital projects, assuring architectural design and alignment with business objectivesParticipate as an active member of relevant project Steering Committees, ensuring project issues are uncovered and effective resolutions or mitigations are taken

You will be a great fit if you have:

BSc/MSc degree or equivalent qualification5+ years of experience in a digital business partner or similar role, with a proven track record of driving business performance and delivering strategic initiatives through technology5+ years hands-on experience in Workday configuration across multiple functional areas/domainsOverall 10+ years’ experience in HR TechnologyFluency in EnglishPreferred Workday Pro CertifiedPrevious project management experience with track record in having successfully delivered multiple initiatives simultaneouslyExperience working with senior leadership teams to design and manage cross-functional projects, and providing data-driven business insightsExperience in fostering a culture of innovation and creative problem-solving through strong collaborationStrong understanding of business operations, financial principles, and market dynamicsGood understanding of business case design and developmentStrong leadership and team collaboration skillsPositive, proactive and results-oriented mindsetAbility to work under pressure and handle complex challengesAdaptability and flexibility in responding to changing business needs
