About this opportunity:
As an HR Administrator at Ericsson, you will play a pivotal part in preserving the organization's human resource value by completing assorted HR administrative tasks. You will be responsible for managing data in our various IT systems to guarantee data quality, all within our standard processes, procedures and work instructions.
What you will do:
- Accurately input, maintain, and update data across multiple HR and IT systems.
- Generate, analyze, and distribute standard and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Conduct routine data audits and cleansing to ensure the accuracy and consistency of HR records.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries, managing internal and external correspondence with professionalism.
- Maintain and update content on internal HR portals and websites, ensuring information is current and accessible.
- Manage and resolve escalated support tickets, providing clear communication and solutions to end-users.
- Identify complex issues and escalate them to appropriate specialists to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
- Actively contribute subject matter expertise to ongoing HR projects and operational initiatives.
- Create and provide official HR documents such as business letters, employment certificates, and verification letters.
- Oversee and manage global system access permissions in compliance with organizational policies and security standards.
