Job Description

Join a dynamic, globally recognized organization where people are our greatest asset. We're looking for a HR Business Partner (HRBP) for our team with background in recruitment and talent acquisition to support our growth and drive our talent strategy forward.

Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies.Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job scoping to onboarding.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse candidates for key roles. Provide guidance and assistance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, talent development, career development, performance management, and HR policies and procedures.Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational effectiveness.Drive employee engagement initiatives and support change management processes.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR policies.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Relevant experience in HR within a multinational environment, with emphasis on recruitment.Proven ability to partner with leadership and influence decision-making.Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities.Proactive and self-motivated with strong problem-solving mindset.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Strong data analytical skills – ability to interpret HR metrics, recruitment data, and workforce trends to support data-driven decision-making. Mastery of Microsoft Excel is mandatory.Native Portuguese, fluency in English is mandatory (C1 level).

You will be working on a hybrid model (mandatory 3 days/week at the office).
