In this HR Business Partner position
Provide guidance to Business Managers and employees for implementation of HR policies and activities Undertake a broad range of HR work spanning across employee lifecycle – sometimes complex and non-routine requiring background research e.g. providing legal advice, analyzing data trends Coordinate and administer HR processes and policies such as Talent Management & Sourcing, L&D, C&B, Performance Management, etc. Focus on delivery of service to set standards and targets, schedules for all HR process and policies Analyze HR activities to identify issues and areas for process improvementsEnhance awareness and compliance with company policies/ and procedures and legal requirements/ regulationsNow, here is what we need from you!
Education Level
Bachelor’s Degree HR certificationExperience Level
Experience more than 2 years Exposure across all key aspects of HR processes including Talent, C&B, ER/IR etc. Business understanding Proven experience of building & maintaining relationships Proven experience of delivery of organizational change projectsWe offer:
