HR Administrator – Accident Management

ResponsibilitiesYou process accidents at work and on the way to and from work within the scope of DPAG's mail and parcel deliveryYou carry out the qualitative accident recording both by telephone and in our SAP systemYou will act as a contact person for DPAG branches and employees on the subject of accident processingThere is the possibility to learn further areas of work internally. These include, for example, processing inquiries from the responsible employers' liability insurance association on relevant topicsProfile:Strong written and oral communication skills in German (essential for recording accidents by telephone) and English knowledge for internal communication.Proficiency in Office 365.Willingness to learn additional IT tools (e.g., SAP, HR Case Management).Enjoys engaging with customers over the phone, demonstrating professionalism and empathy.Highly motivated, reliable, and adaptable under pressure.Strong team player contributing positively to a collaborative environment.
