People Operations at DHL Group – that’s us! We deliver shared services in HR for our divisions within the group.

   

Job Purpose:

Support to develop and administer HR Administration/Shared Services processes to deliver best in class HR services, products and systems in line with business needs, HR Shared Services plans, service quality standards and budgets.

   

Your tasks:

Administer assigned HR Administration/Shared Services processes by setting appropriate delivery/ quality standards and timelines Check for patterns of errors/ repetitive issues and rectify the same, else escalate complex issues for resolution Support other team members on recurring errors and issues related to specific assigned HR service Maintain reports and data related to assigned HR service as per set standards and guidelines Gather inputs and feedback from HR partners and employees on HR services rendered or needed and share with Supervisor   

Your profile:

Bachelor´s Degree or equivalent work experience (HR certification would be a great asset) 2+ year of work experience preferably in HR Exposure with relevant key aspects of HR processes including Talent, C&B, ER / IR, etc.  Team leadership – small size teams  Business understanding  Proven experience of building and maintaining relationships
