**Description:**
**Join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining our hotel’s high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. This position is perfect for individuals with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Supervise and guide housekeeping staff, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
+ Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards.
+ Assign daily tasks to staff and address special requests to maintain seamless operations.Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory to ensure availability while controlling costs.
+ Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
+ Oversee Lost and Found processes and assist guests with inquiries.
+ Perform room cleaning duties as needed.Adhere to all company policies and maintain professionalism.
+ Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
**Qualifications:**
**Skills and Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 3 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel setting.
+ Strong leadership and communication skills.
+ Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
+ Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights throughout the shift.
+ Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems.
+ Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
