Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide housekeeping staff, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards.Assign daily tasks to staff and address special requests to maintain seamless operations.Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory to ensure availability while controlling costs.Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and complaints to ensure satisfaction.Oversee Lost and Found processes and assist guests with inquiries.Perform room cleaning duties as needed.
Adhere to all company policies and maintain professionalism.Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
