The resort comprises 295 guest rooms, suites and boutique self-contained villas. ​ **Department​** This is an exciting leadership opportunity within our housekeeping department. The successful applicant will have prior supervisory experience in Housekeeping preferably in a large 5-star establishment and be able to demonstrate leadership qualities, high standards and commitment to Sheraton service ethics. The position reports directly to the Executive Housekeeper/Assistant.​ ​ **Primary duties include:​** + Responsible for the day-to-day housekeeping operation of the rooms/villa's operations.​ + Responsible for training team leaders and level leaders.​ + Identify training requirements for villa associates.​ + Liaise with front office regarding the status of villas.​ + Liaise with villa Rentals Manager and villa owners​ + Ensure that villa vehicles are serviced regularly and maintained.​ ​ **To be successful in this position you must possess:​** + Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Team Leader is essential for this role ​ + Strong communication and leadership skills​ + High levels of organization​ + Valid Driver's License is essential​ + ​Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
