DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Housekeeper to join our housekeeping team.

Key Responsibilities·       Ensure the cleanliness, order, and hygiene of all public areas, including lobbies, spa, restrooms, car parking area, elevators, and other common spaces, in accordance with brand standards.·       Clean and maintain residences as needed, ensuring all cleanliness and presentation standards are met.·       Respond promptly to resident / guest requests and provide courteous, professional service at all times.·       Replenish supplies in public areas, restrooms, and residences as needed.·       Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to the supervisor immediately.·       Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and policies.·       Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and efficiently.·       Attend departmental meetings and training sessions as scheduled.·       Perform any additional duties assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Management.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise·       Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles, preferably in a hotel, serviced residence, or similar environment.·       Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.·       Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.·       Good communication skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude.·       Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.·       Knowledge of health and safety regulations.·       Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods.
