The Operations Manager will be responsible for the leadership and oversight of Front Office, Bell, and Door Colleagues. This includes but is not limited to hiring, training, coaching, staff development and scheduling. Additional responsibilities include overall guest satisfaction, problem solving, running of the shift and acting as Manager on Duty. This position will report to the hotel's Front Office Manager.

**Qualifications:**
+ A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
+ Refined verbal and written communication skills
+ Minimum of one-year previous hotel front office supervisory experience preferred
+ Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holiday
**Compensation**
The anticipated compensation range is $64,350 - $79,400 annually. The annual salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
