HEOR Evidence Strategy & Synthesis Manager - GBS Mexico City

The position

 

As a HEOR Evidence Synthesis and Strategy Manager, you will: 

Drive strategic evidence planning by supporting the development and implementation of HEOR strategies and Evidence & Insights Generation Plans (EIGPs) in collaboration with Therapeutic Area leads. 

Lead evidence synthesis activities, including conducting systematic literature reviews (SLRs), identifying evidence gaps, and maintaining key tools and platforms such as the Evidence Synthesis Package (ESP) and Publication Portal. 

Create impactful communication materials, developing slide decks and data reports to support evidence dissemination, while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery. 

Provide cross-functional project management, facilitating meetings, tracking milestones, managing documentation, and ensuring alignment across HEOR, clinical, and external stakeholders. 

Oversee budgets and process improvements, managing vendor deliverables, tracking HEOR impact metrics, and introducing project management best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. 

 

Qualifications 

 

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: 

A Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field is required (e.g., Pharmacy, Health Economics, Public Health, Epidemiology); a Master’s degree is preferred. 

3+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or payer sector. Experience in market access, health technology assessment (HTA), or related fields is highly desirable. 

Demonstrated hands-on expertise in conducting literature reviews, developing impactful presentation materials, and synthesizing complex data into actionable insights. 

Proven ability to interpret complex research, communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and work proficiently with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); advanced English is required. 

Experience with project collaboration and data visualisation platforms (e.g., Basecamp, Tableau) is a plus.
