Health & Safety Senior Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Technician with a Master's in Occupational Risk Prevention to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and defining the preventive organization model at the company level, ensuring the integration and periodic control of occupational risk prevention measures, and coordinating various health and safety activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the Occupational Risk Prevention Plan to integrate prevention measures within the company and ensure periodic control.Ensure the continuous monitoring, updating, and compliance with the annual SPP (Service of Prevention Plan) programming.Evaluate risk factors affecting workers' safety and health, aiming to reduce or eliminate them, and conduct periodic reviews.Plan preventive activities, prioritize the adoption of appropriate measures, and monitor their effectiveness.Develop and deliver occupational risk prevention training plans, providing training and information to employees based on business needs.Actively participate in activities related to the implementation of the company's emergency plans, including audits and updates.Prepare the annual preventive report.Coordinate business activities (CAE) with external suppliers and maintenance companies, supporting all company work centers nationwide.Analyze health damages to workers and propose real and effective solutions.Coordinate health surveillance activities related to work-related risks in collaboration with each work center.Coordinate actions with the SPA (Service of Prevention).Actively participate in the Health and Safety Committee.Wellbeing: Coordinate with the physiotherapy service, health improvement campaigns, ensure team wellbeing, and promote healthy initiatives.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention.Expertise in three specialties: Workplace Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, and Applied Psychosociology.Proven experience in developing and implementing occupational risk prevention plans.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and training abilities.Ability to coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders.
