The Head of Production Operations will lead, manage, and continuously improve the production operations of mobile telecom equipment manufacturing. This includes overseeing end-to-end production processes, ensuring quality control, optimizing supply chain efficiency, and driving cost-effective, timely manufacturing to meet customer demands. The role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and technical expertise in high-tech manufacturing environments.

You have: 

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering) preferred.10–15 years of experience in production operations preferred, with at least 5 in a senior leadership role.Experience in mobile telecom, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing sectors is preferred.Proven track record of leading complex production environments and achieving cost, quality, and delivery targets.
