Responsibilities

 Implementation of production processes and procedures, leading productivity improvements with project based activities. New product introduction and manufacturing design to reduce waste, improve quality and safety, and reduce operating costs. Design new systems, processes & provide facilities to ensure the cost effective integration of new products & the improvement of existing ones into operations. Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instructions. Comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies. Benchmark processes, use past history, and interpret data. Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes. Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve. Production rates and quality of output. Train the relevant people. Perform process simulations. Manage cost and time constraints & Project Management. Perform risk assessments & Mitigation Plan. Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
