Job Title

Transformation & Strategic Program Management Senior Manager

In order to support Order to Delivery transformation program, we are recruiting our next Head of Transformation and Strategic Project Management. This person will be instrumental in translating the strategy into a concrete action plan. He/she will also be defining and planning phases to monitor and control the strategic project to completion using Project Management methodology, and activate it through the people management.

Common accountabilities:

Guides large teams or other Managers; is responsible for the performance and results of multiple related units.Develops departmental plans, coordinates allocation of resources, and oversees policy formation in area of responsibility. Anticipates business issues and challenges for the department to address complex challenges that may impact the division/function.Works collaboratively within the overall department strategy, with limited supervision in a complex environment.

Specific accountabilities:

Refine and finalize the Project scope statement as the basis for future project decisions.Size the project.Estimate and identify resources.Build and lead the Project Core Team.Identify all activities necessary to achieve project deliverables.Identify quality measures.Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation actions.Ensure scope, planning, and budget alignment.Validate project plans.Optimize and control overall project performance (schedule, budget, and quality).Identify issues and develop solutions.Communicate and report to internal and external stakeholders.Organize the knowledge transfer during the Transition Phase.For external projects, customer relationship responsibilities such as contract and contract change negotiation and management are included.

Our ideal candidate

Seasoned professional in managing complex organisational transformation projects, at large scaleYou have ideally some knowledge of Saas environments and/or Agile methodologiesYou are able to deal with multiple stakeholders and you have the ability to operation in a complex environment, using tactics and strategy to make things workYou like to build relations and cooperate efficiently to grow win-win collaborationsYour English is fluentThe position is preferably based in Nice, but could also be based in Madrid
